Data Management Executive

Role Overview: You will be joining Hero Vired as a Data Management Executive in the University Engagement team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the sufficiency, completeness, accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of large-scale educational datasets related to various universities, colleges, and courses. Your role will involve maintaining robust data pipelines, high-quality information systems, and engaging with universities to gather and update relevant data points. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a liaison with university partners, coordinating with university teams to gather, structure, and maintain data related to universities, colleges, courses, and admission criteria. - Maintain records of promotions, notifications, and industry updates from universities. - Keep track of market participants and competition platforms to align internal data strategies. - Clean, preprocess, and maintain high-quality datasets for educational courses and exams. - Input, update, and organize data in internal systems and databases accurately. - Assist in developing automation pipelines and workflows for efficient data management. - Generate management reports and summaries to provide actionable business insights. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data solutions with business needs. Qualification Required: - Strong expertise in MS Excel is essential, knowledge of SQL is a plus. - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI is advantageous. - Solid understanding of data structures, databases, and attention to detail. - Bachelor's degree required, experience in Ed-Tech sector preferred. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with university partners. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
