Job Description: As an Associate Director/Director of Product Management at Hero Vired, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our digital assets and platforms. You will be responsible for creating a robust roadmap for the platform and driving the delivery of scalable features, collaborating closely with relevant teams. Your exceptional communication and negotiation skills will be crucial as you interact with stakeholders across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Content, and Delivery teams to gather requirements and determine whether to build, buy, or automate solutions for the platform. Responsibilities: Drive Platform Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive roadmap for the platform, aligning it with the overall business objectives. Continuously identify opportunities to enhance the platform's functionality, usability, and scalability. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the technology team to prioritize requirements, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of features. Engage with stakeholders from different departments to gather and validate requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.

User Testing and Research: Conduct user testing on delivered features to ensure high quality and scalability. Engage in user research projects to validate hypotheses, gather insights, and drive data-driven decision-making.

Product Documentation: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) that include low-fidelity wireframes, ensuring clear communication of product features and specifications to the development team.

Design Collaboration: Work closely with product designers in brainstorming sessions, providing feedback on designs and ensuring a seamless user experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully managing and launching scalable platforms. Data-driven Mindset: Ability to approach problems with a data-driven mindset, leveraging insights and metrics to inform decision-making and optimize product performance.

• EdTech Experience: Strong experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and mobile apps in the edtech space, with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this domain.

• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in working with APIs, integrations, and comfortable collaborating with technology teams. Knowledge of CRMs such as LeadSquared, Salesforce, and No paper forms is a plus.

• Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, listening, and negotiation skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Ownership and Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated high level of ownership, self-motivation, and willingness to take initiative. Previous startup exposure is preferred.
