Product Technical Lead - Remote

Role: Product Technical Lead Job Type: Fulltime Location: 100% remote Timings: 2.00pm to 11.00pm IST Experience: 8+ years Key Responsibilities People Management & Skill Development Act as line manager for the Engineering chapter owning the full employee lifecycle: objectives, 1:1s, performance reviews, absence/wellbeing, and progression decisions. Provide technical leadership - overseeing coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews to support professional growth of the chapter members. Develop and maintain a competency framework for skill expectations, career progression, and development. Collaborate with Capability and HR on recruitment, onboarding, and development planning. Technical & AI Leadership Lead design and delivery of AI-augmented solutions using automation and agents. Support alignment to Microsoft's unified developer experience across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform Guide use of AI tools and platform capabilities. Oversee implementation of architecture and engineering standards. Cross-Functional Capability Leadership Blend engineering, UX/AX, and AI disciplines Foster high talent density through coaching and mentoring. AI-Native Ways of Working Embed AI in development and unit testing Promote experimentation and rapid iteration. Platform & Ecosystem Enablement Leverage platform engineering tools and give feedback to improve them. Ensure governance, security, and standards adherence. Team & Collaboration Leadership Drive collaboration, remove blockers, and share best practices. Key Skills & Experience Strong software engineering and architecture experience. Hands-on engineering leadership across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform, plus custom application development. Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions. Strong product and agile delivery knowledge. Ability to work across engineering, product, and UX. Experience with AI tools, prompt engineering, and data-driven decision making. Outcome-focused with strong ownership and problem-solving capability. Comfortable in fast-moving, autonomous environments.
