Job Title: GBS AI Factory Lead (Agentic AI | GenAI | Azure) Experience: 8-12 Years Location: Pimpri, Pune Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) Employment Type: Permanent Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days (Serving notice candidates preferred) Job Summary We are looking for an experienced GBS AI Factory Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions . The ideal candidate will have a strong software engineering background, experience leading technical teams, and expertise in building scalable AI-powered automation solutions on cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise AI solutions. Define and execute the AI Factory roadmap aligned with business objectives. Build scalable, secure, and production-ready AI applications. Provide technical leadership on software architecture and engineering best practices. Lead and mentor cross-functional AI engineering teams. Drive adoption of Agentic AI, Generative AI, AI/ML, and intelligent automation technologies. Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to deliver high-impact AI initiatives. Monitor solution performance, ROI, and continuous optimization. Required Skills 812 years of software engineering and solution development experience. Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field. Strong experience leading technical teams and enterprise project delivery. Hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, AI/ML, or Intelligent Automation . Strong knowledge of Software Architecture, Solution Design, and Full SDLC . Experience with Azure Cloud (preferred) and modern development technologies. Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Skills Enterprise Digital Transformation experience.
