Strong troubleshooting experience with CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, PTC, SolidWorks, Siemens NX/UG NX, Jama Connect, and CoLab . Knowledge of MQL, VBA, scripting, data analysis, and service reporting . Experience with platform upgrades, data migration, environment management, backups, and server/virtual infrastructure . Ability to analyze operational data, define KPIs, and improve service performance. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Willingness to work UK shifts and support critical incidents outside business hours when required. Key Responsibilities Provide operational support for global Engineering Systems (CAD/CAM/PDM/PLM). Handle service requests, incidents, and problem management. Troubleshoot engineering applications and infrastructure issues. Support platform upgrades, migrations, environment management, and backup activities. Prepare technical documentation, KPI dashboards, and operational reports. Coordinate with global teams, service desk, vendors, and infrastructure teams. Ensure service stability, performance, and continuous improvement. Education BE / B.Tech / M.Tech or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ITIL or Service Management Certification is an added advantage.
