The organization delivers enterprise technology solutions across multiple domains and is currently executing a confidential client engagement. Due to project security requirements, this position is strictly Work From Office at the Hyderabad location. About the Role We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, SQL, and NoSQL databases to design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices. The ideal candidate should have experience building enterprise-grade backend applications using modern development practices. Required Skills & Qualifications Must Have 6–8 years of experience in Node.js development . Strong proficiency in TypeScript . Hands-on experience with Express.js, Sequelize, and Joi . Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases . Experience with Jest testing framework. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience with TAMM (Abu Dhabi Government Platform) or similar large-scale government/citizen-facing platforms is an added advantage. Good to Have Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions). Experience with Docker and knowledge of Kubernetes/OpenShift . Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP . Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ . Knowledge of OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SSO integration . Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Node.js microservices . Build modular and maintainable backend architectures. Manage dependencies across multiple service domains. Develop unit and integration tests using Jest . Collaborate with QA, Product, UI/UX, and Frontend teams in Agile projects. Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
