Location: Medipally, Hyderabad Industry: Waterproofing / Construction Chemicals Employment Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher - 3 Years Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Site Engineer to join our client's team in Medipally, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising waterproofing projects, ensuring quality execution, coordinating with clients and contractors, and maintaining project timelines while adhering to safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise waterproofing work at project sites and ensure timely execution. Monitor daily site activities and ensure work is completed as per project specifications. Inspect surface preparation and waterproofing applications. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams for smooth project execution. Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Measure work progress and verify material usage. Resolve site-related technical issues and provide practical solutions. Ensure proper utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment. Conduct final inspections and support project handover. Requirements & Skills Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. 0 to 3 years of experience in the waterproofing or construction industry. Hands-on experience in waterproofing systems and applications. Strong knowledge of civil construction practices and site supervision. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings. Experience in quality inspection, reporting, and project execution. Basic knowledge of MS Office and MS Excel. Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel to project sites as required. Experience in waterproofing projects such as terraces, basements, bathrooms, podiums, retaining walls, and water tanks will be an added advantage.
