Site Engineer - Waterproofing

Location: Hyderabad Department: Projects / Site Execution/Waterproofing Employment Type: Full-time Experience: 2+ Years (Mandatory in Waterproofing) About the Role We are looking for an experienced and proactive Waterproofing Site Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in waterproofing projects . The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of waterproofing systems, excellent site management skills, and the ability to coordinate with clients, contractors, and project teams. The role involves supervising site activities, ensuring quality execution, maintaining project timelines, and delivering successful waterproofing solutions across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Key Responsibilities Supervise and execute waterproofing projects at client sites. Plan, monitor, and coordinate day-to-day site activities. Handle multiple client sites and ensure smooth project execution within timelines. Ensure work is executed as per project specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Inspect waterproofing applications and ensure proper material usage. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation. Monitor manpower, materials, and project schedules. Resolve on-site technical issues and provide effective solutions. Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Requirements & Skills Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Minimum 2+ years of mandatory experience in Waterproofing . Hands-on experience in waterproofing applications such as terrace, basement, wet area, podium, retaining wall, and water tank waterproofing. Good knowledge of construction chemicals, membranes, PU coating, cementitious waterproofing, and acrylic waterproofing systems. Ability to read engineering drawings and coordinate site execution. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge will be an added advantage. Willingness to travel to project sites, if required.
