As an Automation Test Engineer at IBS Software, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable, reliable, and high-quality test automation solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing automation test scripts using Selenium and TestNG. - Defining and implementing automation frameworks aligned with project goals. - Identifying and prioritizing test cases suitable for automation. - Executing automated test suites and analyzing results to ensure product quality. - Developing and maintaining Web Services and API automation using SOAP UI or similar tools. - Integrating automation test suites with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, ANT). - Collaborating closely with development and QA teams to improve test coverage and efficiency. - Conducting feasibility studies and proof-of-concepts for new automation tools and approaches. - Preparing and presenting automation execution reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations. - Continuously maintaining and enhancing automation frameworks for scalability and reusability. Required Skills: - 15 years of experience in Selenium Automation with Java. - Expertise in TestNG and Automation Framework design, maintenance, and optimization. - Strong hands-on experience in SOAP UI and API automation. - Good knowledge of Jenkins, Maven, or ANT for CI/CD integration. - Understanding of DevOps workflows and continuous testing practices. - Excellent analytical, debugging, and communication skills. - Experience in effort estimation and contributing to test planning. Nice to Have: - Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. - Working knowledge of DevOps tools and cloud-based testing setups. - Prior onshore experience or direct customer engagement.
