Automation Testing - Senior and Tester (Ernakulam)

Key Responsibilities: Define automation strategy and roadmap for UI and API testing across applications Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks Lead automation for web, mobile, and API platforms using contemporary tools and best practices Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing Establish coding standards, governance, reporting, and quality metrics Collaborate with developers, QA teams, product owners, and DevOps teams Drive test optimization, coverage improvement, and defect prevention strategies Mentor teams on automation tools, frameworks, and engineering best practices Required Skills: Strong experience in UI and API test automation architecture Expertise in tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Rest Assured, Postman, or similar Experience with Java, Python, JavaScript, or other automation languages Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, etc. Understanding of test design, API validation, performance, and security testing Experience with Agile / DevOps delivery models Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field Experience in cloud-based test automation environments Relevant automation or testing certifications preferred .
