Job Title: AtScale Data Modeler (Technical Lead) Location: Hyderabad, India Employment Type: Full-time Employement with IBU Consulting Experience Level: 3 5 Years Role Summary We are seeking a highly skilled AtScale Data Modeler to join our Technical Advisory and Data Modeling team. This role is pivotal in creating a Universal Semantic Layer that bridges the gap between complex cloud data warehouses and enterprise Business Intelligence tools. You will lead technical discovery, design multi-dimensional models, and act as a subject matter expert for global clients transitioning to modern data architectures. Key Responsibilities Design and implement complex multi-dimensional data models (Cubes, Dimensions, Measures, and Hierarchies) using the AtScale platform. Lead Technical Discovery and Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives to define data strategies for enterprise clients. Build and manage a Universal Semantic Layer to provide a unified view of data across disparate sources. Optimize query performance and data accessibility within cloud environments such as Snowflake, Databricks, or Google BigQuery. Collaborate with IT and security teams to manage infrastructure requirements, including network servers and SSO protocols. Provide technical advisory services to stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Technical Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Technical Core: 3 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Modeling and the Semantic Layer. Tools: Proven experience with AtScale or similar OLAP/Virtualization tools (e.g., SSAS, Kyligence, Dremio, or Looker/LookML). BI Ecosystem: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization platforms. Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or BigQuery environments. Performance Tuning: Strong understanding of data optimization and multi-dimensional analysis (OLAP). Professional Attributes Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data architectural challenges. Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing advisory roles. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Proven track record of managing technical projects from discovery to implementation.
