This role is critical for driving advanced reporting and data reconciliation efforts within a large-scale Manufacturing and Industrial project. You will be responsible for translating complex operational data into actionable business intelligence for US-based stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Advanced Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and reports using IBM Cognos Analytics (v11/v12). Data Integrity Reconciliation: Lead end-to-end data validation processes, ensuring reporting accuracy from source systems through to the final presentation layer. Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve complex reporting defects and performance bottlenecks in the production environment. Business Translation: Partner with international stakeholders to translate manufacturing operational data into strategic insights. Quality Assurance: Lead UAT support and perform rigorous Source-to-Target mapping to maintain high data reliability standards. Critical Requirements Technical Stack: Expert-level proficiency in IBM Cognos (Report Studio, Framework Manager, and Dashboarding). Data Skills: Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience in data reconciliation or production validation. Domain Expertise: Prior experience working with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Industrial datasets is highly preferred. Secondary Skills: Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau is a plus. Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global delivery environment.
