Position: IT & Lab Administrator Location: Bangalore Experience: 1 to 2 Years Role Overview Responsible for maintaining IT lab infrastructure, configuring systems (laptops/Server), and providing basic network and user support, including initial troubleshooting of connectivity and firewall-related issues. Key Responsibilities Maintain and organize lab equipment (laptops, servers, cables, peripherals)Install and configure Windows/Linux systems, software, and user accountsProvide L1/L2 support for system, application, and hardware issuesConfigure and troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/Wi-Fi, IP, DNS, DHCP)Perform basic checks for firewall/VPN/access issues and escalate when requiredMonitor system health, perform updates, and ensure antivirus complianceManage IT inventory and maintain documentation of setups and issuesEnsure proper cabling, power, and cleanliness in the lab environment Required Skills Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux administrationUnderstanding of network fundamentals (IP, DNS, DHCP)Ability to troubleshoot hardware, OS, and connectivity issuesFamiliarity with tools like ping, ipconfig/ifconfig, remote desktop toolsGood communication and problem-solving skills Qualifications Diploma or Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Science / Electronics12 years of experience Preferred Skills Basic understanding of firewalls and VPNsExperience with remote support tools (RDP, AnyDesk, TeamViewer)Basic scripting (batch/bash) is a plus Position: IT & Lab Administrator Location: Bangalore Experience: 1 to 2 Years Role Overview Responsible for maintaining IT lab infrastructure, configuring systems (laptops/Server), and providing basic network and user support, including initial troubleshooting of connectivity and firewall-related issues.
