Senior Data Scientist

Experience Required:Minimum 6 years of total professional experience out of which minimum 5 years of relevant experience in descriptive/predictive analytics, dashboard design, KPI development, and data integration using BI/AI tools.Prior experience in e-Governance or public sector projects is highly desirable.Responsibilities:Lead design of data models, analytics framework, and AI-driven features.Perform data profiling, integration methodology, and governance checks.Design and implement data quality framework and ensure interoperability of datasets across systemsDefine KPIs/KCIs data sources and ensure consistency across dashboards using data visualization tools.Develop predictive analytics (e.g., case delays, grievance redressal trends, crime forecasting).Guide design of anomaly detection, real-time monitoring, and early warning alerts.
