About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support for email, directories, standard Windows desktop applications, and custom contract applications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues both over the phone and face-to-face.

• Document user interactions and problem resolutions for continuous improvement.

• Maintain user satisfaction through professional communication and technical knowledge.

• Ensure all security protocols and procedures are followed in a classified environment.

• Required Skills and Experience

• Active SECRET clearance.

• IAT-2 certification.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in help desk or technical support roles.

• High School diploma or equivalent.

• Proficient in troubleshooting Windows desktop environments and standard applications.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting government or DoD users.

• Familiarity with contract-specific application support.

• Advanced knowledge of user directory management.
