About the Role
Join a leading technology team as a Packaging Engineer, supporting the deployment and patching of over 30,000 Windows 10/11 endpoints in a robust enterprise environment. You will play a critical role in application packaging, deployment, and incident response using Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM. This hybrid position offers an opportunity to drive enterprise-wide technology initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams, making an immediate impact on deployment efficiency and endpoint security.
Responsibilities

Handle ServiceNow requests for application packaging and publishing across enterprise environments

Package, publish, and deploy applications and security patches using Microsoft Intune

Utilize PSADT and PowerShell scripting to automate and streamline deployment tasks
-
Support co-management deployment models with SCCM for critical device tiers

Collaborate with the vulnerability and patching team to address packaging requests and ensure rapid response to threats

Provide packaging support for Windows 11 upgrades while maintaining Windows 10 environments

Troubleshoot and resolve deployment failures, endpoint issues, and escalated incidents

Perform root cause analysis and manage rollback activities during deployment incidents

Monitor deployment health, analyze success and failure rates, and report on patch compliance

Maintain accurate documentation, follow standardized processes, and ensure compliance with corporate governance

Required Skills and Experience
-
5+ years’ experience in enterprise application packaging and deployment (Win32, MSI, IntuneWin)
-
Proven expertise with Microsoft Intune and SCCM/MECM in large-scale environments (10,000+ endpoints)
-
Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and practical experience with PSADT
-
Strong background in Windows 10/11 packaging, deployment, and security patching
-
Demonstrated ability to resolve production issues and perform root cause analysis

Willingness to work a hybrid schedule out of Wayne, PA (relocation support available)

Preferred Skills

Experience working in environments with strict governance and change control

Familiarity with ServiceNow, co-management models, and telemetry toolsets for endpoint management

Exposure to vulnerability management and incident remediation protocols
