Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain, and service computer hardware, software, and network products at customer sites

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair for desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and network devices

• Support both current and legacy IT products, including disk replacement on enterprise storage systems

• Complete installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) as directed by Help Desk or Service Desk

• Execute reimaging and optimization of PCs and laptops, as well as software application certification

• Maintain accurate and timely ticket updates according to client-specific Service Level Agreements

• Ensure customer satisfaction with professional demeanor and consistent follow-through

• Escalate unresolved issues and provide detailed follow-up as needed

• Required Skills and Experience

• 1–3 years of computer support experience in desktop, laptop, and basic server environments

• Proficiency in hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance

• Familiarity with disk replacement and network product support

• Strong organizational skills and work ethic

• Experience updating ticketing systems and meeting SLAs

• Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with enterprise storage and legacy product maintenance

• Exposure to server and peripheral installation and configuration

• Advanced PC/laptop reimaging and device repair skills
