[Responsibilities]

  • Develop, review, and enhance quality standards, procedures, and methods to ensure optimal product delivery.
  • Analyze and resolve manufacturing process issues, driving effective corrective actions.
  • Lead program corrective action meetings and actively contribute to Material Review Boards and Failure Review Boards.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and audits to guarantee compliance with all specifications and standards.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams on all quality-related matters.
  • Apply lean methodologies to support continuous improvement and nonconformance reduction efforts.

[Required Skills and Experience]

  • STEM Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of Interim Clearance required to start.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • In-depth understanding of Material Review Board processes and quality documentation review.
  • At least 15 years of direct Quality Assurance Engineering experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in process improvement and lean initiatives.
  • Experience interfacing with diverse stakeholders in high-stakes environments.
  • Familiarity with advanced quality management systems and audit protocols.
