• Design and oversee electronic packaging systems, including harnesses and flex circuits, for missile and defense applications
• Ensure manufacturability, efficient fabrication, installation, and modification of hardware assemblies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve rigorous military standards
• Develop and maintain comprehensive supporting documentation for hardware release and compliance
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability

[Required Skills and Experience]

• 4-6 years hands-on experience with Catia for design and modeling
• 4-6 years proficiency using Windchill for product lifecycle management
• 4-6 years in wiring harness design, specifically for harsh environments
• Strong documentation and release process skills
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Orlando, FL

[Preferred Skills]

• Minimum 2 years experience with Zuken (desired, not required)
