[Responsibilities]
- Design and oversee electronic packaging systems, including harnesses and flex circuits, for missile and defense applications
- Ensure manufacturability, efficient fabrication, installation, and modification of hardware assemblies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve rigorous military standards
- Develop and maintain comprehensive supporting documentation for hardware release and compliance
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and reliability
[Required Skills and Experience]
- 4-6 years hands-on experience with Catia for design and modeling
- 4-6 years proficiency using Windchill for product lifecycle management
- 4-6 years in wiring harness design, specifically for harsh environments
- Strong documentation and release process skills
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Orlando, FL
[Preferred Skills]
- Minimum 2 years experience with Zuken (desired, not required)
