About the Role
Join our innovative engineering team in Grand Prairie, TX as a Circuit Design Engineer. Take ownership of circuit card architecture and design for high-impact MFC programs. Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to drive the entire product lifecycle—from conception through implementation—ensuring robust, reliable, and cutting-edge solutions. Responsibilities

Lead architecture, schematic capture, and EPCAD layout for complex circuit card assemblies

Work cross-functionally to address integration and interface challenges

Define and document system, performance, and interface requirements

Manage bill of materials, part sourcing, and build activities
-
Select electrical connectors and design cable routing layouts

Support failure investigations and provide technical direction
-
Oversee design assurance and shepherd designs from concept to production
-
Contribute to the development of flexprints and cable harnesses

Required Skills and Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
-
Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in circuit card design, integration, and testing
-
Proficiency with Siemens Xpedition Enterprise (or equivalent) for schematic capture
-
Experience with Cadence Pspice (or equivalent) for circuit simulation and analysis
-
Demonstrated ability to refine system requirements and interface specifications
-
Effective verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong initiative and ability to work independently and within a team

Preferred Skills
-
Experience with MFC circuit card design processes
-
Familiarity with military standards (MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704)

Hands-on experience with Xilinx UltraScale FPGAs
