Seeking a detail-oriented Mapping Coordinator II to join our in-office team in Providence, RI. You will play a critical role in supporting the accurate maintenance and updating of electric distribution system records. Responsibilities

• Research and verify facility records and distribution system field conditions - Communicate technical information to teams and customers via various channels - Gather and process updates to the distribution system through field crew correspondence or field visits - Conduct quality reviews of facility data and assist with GIS data entry - Maintain administrative records using spreadsheets, databases, and scanned systems - Manage document reproduction, including copy, print, plot, and fax tasks - Resolve discrepancies in existing records by collecting and analyzing field information - Ensure organized filing and record maintenance as directed

Required Skills and Experience:

• Associate’s degree in GIS, engineering, or related field, or GIS certificate
• 1-2 years GIS experience or relevant coursework
• Proficiency with MS Office, Excel, and Google Maps
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting system drawings and data
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities
• Solid understanding of electric networks (overhead and underground)
• Valid driver’s license

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in electric utility environments
• Advanced GIS data management capabilities
