About the Role
Join Indotronix as an Industrial Engineer 3 onsite in Berkeley, MO, and play a pivotal role in optimizing manufacturing processes for large-scale systems integration. Responsibilities

Apply advanced industrial engineering concepts to optimize products, processes, and services in support of program requirements

Develop efficient plant and equipment layouts, capacity plans, accident prevention strategies, and workflows
-
Integrate new technologies and techniques into production and service operations for continuous improvement
-
Design, maintain, and optimize production systems by aligning design, supply chain, facilities, equipment, and personnel
-
Conduct detailed workflow analysis and develop supporting models, databases, and metrics for leadership decision-making
-
Research, develop, and implement process improvements and tools to drive schedule performance, cost reduction, and quality enhancements
-
Lead facility modifications and revisions to operating methods for improved asset utilization
-
Create and standardize assembly instructions and production practices
-
Prepare comprehensive operational plans, including work statements, budgeting, forecasting, and capacity analysis
-
Support execution planning using project management, scheduling, and shop load best practices
-
Provide logistics, performance visibility, and recovery planning across production and supply chain operations
-
Ensure strict compliance with industry safety, design, and ergonomic standards

Required Skills and Experience:
-
Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree, 3 years with a master’s, or equivalent experience with a PhD
-
Proven expertise in industrial engineering and process optimization

Strong analytical, workflow design, and data management abilities
-
Preferred Skills:
-
At least 5 years’ experience in Lean Manufacturing environments
-
Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate across key functional teams
-
Track record of driving continuous improvement and manufacturing stabilization
