About the Role
Join a forward-thinking team as an Oracle Cloud (OCI) Solutions Architect, where you’ll drive the architecture and hands-on ownership of a cutting-edge Oracle Cloud ecosystem supporting Oracle Fusion applications (HCM, EPM, ERP) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Partner closely with a leading system integrator and play a pivotal role in shaping a scalable, secure, and robust cloud environment. Responsibilities

Lead and validate Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture and design in partnership with a global implementation partner.

Own end-to-end OCI environment configuration, including compute, networking, IAM, and connectivity.

Co-lead integration architecture and implementation using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HR and local payroll solutions.

Establish and enforce OCI and Oracle Fusion (HCM, EPM, FAH, FDI) standards and best practices.

Ensure scalability, security, and operational sustainability of cloud solutions.

Drive the transition from implementation to steady-state operations through documentation and knowledge transfer.

Proactively identify risks, gaps, and areas for optimization within current architectural frameworks.

Serve as the internal subject matter expert on OCI and Oracle integrations, supporting cross-functional teams.

Required Skills and Experience
-
8+ years of cloud architecture or engineering experience with deep, hands-on OCI expertise.

Mastery of OCI compute, networking, IAM, compartments, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), and Oracle Fusion applications (HCM, EPM).

Successful track record collaborating with major system integrators (e.g., IBM, Accenture).

Demonstrated ability as both a strategic architect and hands-on builder.

In-depth knowledge of cloud security, identity, networking, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.

Experience building/supporting integrations for HR and payroll systems.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

OCI certification (Associate or Professional) and a BA/BS in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
