Business Systems Analyst – Workday (Onsite, Contract) Location: Meriden, CT 06450 | Hours: 8am-5pm or 10am-7pm (onsite, some flexibility)

About the Role

Drive the success of a high-impact ERP implementation as the vital link between site operations, warehousing, logistics teams, and the E1 program. As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll ensure seamless alignment of local warehouse and logistics requirements with Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) standards in a regulated manufacturing environment. Make an immediate difference by supporting process design, testing, data readiness, training, go-live, and hypercare activities. This is a contract, onsite position offering exposure to cutting-edge business systems and opportunities to develop your expertise in ERP-enabled supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle E1 warehousing, logistics, and operational processes at the site

  • Partner with site leads, process owners, and super-users to capture local requirements and validate process impacts

  • Identify gaps, risks, and compliance needs related to inventory, warehouse operations, and logistics execution

  • Support fit-to-standard sessions, ensuring local requirements align with global templates

  • Define and execute test scenarios for warehouse, logistics, and manufacturing processes; document results and escalate issues

  • Drive data extraction, cleansing, validation, and readiness for master and transaction data

  • Facilitate user training, process walkthroughs, and support change management and adoption activities

  • Coordinate cutover plans, readiness checks, and issue resolution during go-live and hypercare phases

  • Maintain strict focus on data integrity, compliance, and sustainable operations in a regulated setting

  • Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with ERP systems (user support, super-user, SME, or implementation role)

  • Expertise in warehousing, logistics, inventory management, or manufacturing operations within a regulated environment

  • Strong working knowledge of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1)

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

  • Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and user support

  • Preferred Skills

  • Experience participating in ERP implementation cycles (testing, rollout, cutover, go-live, hypercare)

  • Familiarity with Lean principles, standard work, or continuous improvement methodologies

  • Deep understanding of compliance and data integrity in regulated manufacturing
