Technical/Professional - Test Technician (Chelmsford, MA) Day Shift | Full-Time | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Overtime Possible

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and RF testing on systems, sub-assemblies, and circuit boards using manual and automated equipment

• Follow process/work instructions and test plans to ensure products meet rigorous quality standards

• Utilize measuring instruments and electronic test equipment for quality control

• Accurately document data, maintain test records, and generate reports

• Assist in troubleshooting and retesting electronic assemblies as needed

• Collaborate with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve processes and throughput

• Required Skills and Experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Basic computer proficiency for timekeeping and following digital instructions

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Capable of following written and verbal instructions precisely

• Familiarity with ESD procedures and electronic test equipment

• Reputation for punctuality, reliability, and strong work ethic

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with electrical or micro-electronics

• Previous experience in electronic assembly testing environments
