Responsibilities

• Design and develop visually stunning, responsive interfaces using React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript

• Translate wireframes, prototypes, and UX designs into functional applications with pixel-perfect accuracy

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions

• Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback analysis to optimize product usability and accessibility

• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and adherence to responsive design principles

• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems, UI components, and style guides

• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and WCAG accessibility compliance

• Participate in Agile team activities including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and code reviews

• Drive continuous improvement by embracing best practices and emerging UI/UX frameworks

• Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX engineering

• Advanced proficiency in React.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript

• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric web applications

• Expertise in responsive design and accessibility standards

• Experience working within Agile teams

• Preferred Skills

• Experience building and maintaining robust design systems

• Familiarity with usability testing methodologies

• Knowledge of advanced accessibility (WCAG) compliance
