[About the Role] Join a forward-thinking, 100% remote team as a Senior React Native/React.JS Developer specializing in UX. You'll play a pivotal role in building and enhancing a next-generation design system component library for both web and mobile platforms. [Responsibilities]

• Build, optimize, and maintain high-performing web and mobile applications with a focus on usability and reliability.
• Develop, extend, and document a scalable design system component library.
• Architect application solutions ensuring mobile responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility.
• Partner with backend teams to define API contracts and seamless integrations.
• Lead and participate in code reviews; uphold high standards for code quality and best practices.
• Collaborate daily with developers, QA, and product managers in an agile, distributed environment.

[Required Skills and Experience]

• 5+ years in web and mobile app development with proven project delivery.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native and ReactJS.
• Deep expertise in building and maintaining component libraries or design systems.
• Advanced understanding of front-end architecture, responsive design, and accessibility.
• Skilled at consuming RESTful JSON APIs and optimizing React Native apps for iOS and Android.
