• Perform SSHAR, SAR, HTS, and FHA analyses aligned with MIL-STD-882E requirements
• Prepare and support the development of SSTRP documentation
• Engage in customer-facing meetings to communicate findings and recommendations

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Minimum 15 years of experience as a safety engineer in a technical environment
• Proven expertise in SSHAR, SAR, HTS, and FHA safety analysis per MIL-STD-882E
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills
• Ability to independently manage safety assessments and reporting
• Effective communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
