Responsibilities

• Assemble miniature electronic and electro-mechanical components using microscopes and specialized tools

• Perform modifications, rework, and quality testing on developmental and prototype units

• Collaborate closely with development and manufacturing engineering teams to meet project goals

• Adapt to changing part conditions and address detailed part inconsistencies efficiently

• Ensure precision and quality in every assembly, supporting preproduction and manufacturing operations

• Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years experience with SMT, PCB rework/assembly, medical device assembly, jewelry making, or watch repair

• Proficient in microscope-based assembly and visual inspection of miniature components

• Demonstrated precise hand-eye coordination and strong attention to detail

• Able to adapt to evolving technical conditions and part variations

• Preferred Skills

• Experience in ISO or clean room environments

• IPC J-STD-001 solder certification

• Advanced skills in assembling miniature parts using microscopes
