US | Software Engineer II – Automation & AI Testing (Remote, US)

About the Role

As a Software Engineer II, you will design and maintain robust automated test frameworks, ensuring the highest standards of product reliability and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional experts in a dynamic, fully remote environment, leveraging cutting-edge CI/CD and AI-driven tools to accelerate software delivery and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain automation scripts for regression, business cycle, and data validation testing

• Identify, design, and automate repeatable end-to-end and integration test scenarios

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous build validation

• Analyze system changes, perform impact assessments, and update automation suites as needed

• Execute automated regression suites to ensure efficient and accurate release validation

• Track and tag automation coverage for comprehensive test reporting

• Collaborate effectively within Agile teams, supporting both onsite and offshore coordination

• Contribute to the adoption and application of Agentic AI tools in software testing

• Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, TestNG)

• Proven expertise in automated testing and Java programming

• Strong background with CI/CD technologies (Cloudbees, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Git, Cucumber, JUnit, Jira)

• Solid understanding of databases; ability to write and optimize SQL queries

• Deep knowledge of testing processes and functional testing best practices

• Excellent problem-solving skills and acute attention to detail

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities

• Demonstrated success working in collaborative, team-based environments and coordinating onsite/offshore efforts

• Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Agentic AI tools and their application in software testing
