Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed, version-controlled source-to-target mapping documentation

• Profile, validate, and troubleshoot data using SQL across multiple relational databases

• Analyze complex data structures to identify quality issues and inform mapping decisions

• Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, integrity issues, and data quality concerns

• Collaborate with development teams to support seamless data integration, implementation, and testing

• Contribute to data governance by adhering to data management, lineage, and documentation standards

• Support campaign management and customer communication initiatives through accurate data mapping

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and documentation

• Required Skills and Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in data analysis, data mapping, or data integration

• Proficient in SQL for querying, analysis, and data validation

• Skilled with relational databases (Oracle, Teradata, Snowflake, SQL Server)

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail

• Experience creating and maintaining comprehensive mapping documentation

• Familiar with ETL processes and system integrations

• Effective communicator with strong teamwork and interpersonal skills

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with campaign generation tools (Adobe Campaign, Unica, Marketo, Salesforce Data Cloud)

• Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage practices

• Background in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
