[Responsibilities]

• Develop, modify, and optimize SAP HANA database objects such as calculation views, table functions, and stored procedures.
• Design, implement, and maintain ETL processes using SAP BODS, Informatica, and Nifi.
• Replicate and manage tables for efficient data integration and analytics.
• Proactively troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure operational continuity.
• Innovate and implement automation strategies to optimize daily ETL jobs and improve data pipeline efficiency.
• Create and update technical documentation, including mapping and impact analysis.
• Conduct data collection, reporting development, and analytics execution to support data-driven decision-making.
• Perform impact assessments and data lineage analysis for upcoming system changes.
• Support data governance, security, and quality initiatives across the organization.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance operational efficiency and process automation.

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP HANA or SAP Business Objects suite.
• In-depth knowledge of SQL, Hadoop, and Big Data environments.
• 6+ years’ experience in ETL development, especially with SAP BODS, Informatica, and Nifi.
• 3+ years’ experience with data analytics or visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing scalable data warehouse solutions.
• Experience with ERP, PLM, or MES systems.

• Experience performing comprehensive impact assessment and data lineage analysis.
• Proven ability to create detailed documentation and process mapping.
• Familiarity with data governance, security, and quality frameworks.
