[Responsibilities]

• Direct engineering management and oversight of supplier software development projects.
• Coordinate and track supplier software deliveries, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.
• Provide regular project status updates to Program Management.
• Manage Software Problem Anomaly Report (SPAR) metrics and support rapid issue resolution.
• Maintain and update entries in the Air System Restrictions Database (ASRD) and flight-series data modules.
• Publish and revise Interface Requirements Specifications and message format definitions in the Signal Interface Management System (SIMS).

[Required Skills and Experience]

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Demonstrated excellence in oral and written communication.
• Deep experience and discipline in leading software development processes and methodologies.
• 15 years of relevant experience.

[Preferred Skills]

• Proficiency with JIRA, SW Depot, CART, and Automet.
• Hands-on experience with SIMS.
• Background in supplier technical management.
• Eligibility for program-specific security clearance.
