Responsibilities

• Translate complex business challenges into actionable, data-driven solutions

• Design, build, and deploy predictive models, dashboards, and reporting tools

• Apply AI and machine learning to optimize operations and business decisions

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to streamline and improve processes

• Present insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership

• Contribute to shaping data strategy, governance, and analytics best practices

• Required Skills and Experience

• 7+ years in Data Science, Analytics, or Business Intelligence roles

• Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL

• Demonstrated experience with AI/Machine Learning solutions

• Hands-on experience with cloud-based data platforms

• Strong background in data modeling and data warehousing

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially to leadership

• Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, or similar platforms

• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, or other visualization tools

• Background in predictive analytics and process optimization

• Leadership or mentoring experience
