Responsibilities

• Lead Empower system administration, configuration, and optimization to support business objectives

• Manage and maintain earned value management systems (EVMS) for consistent, reliable project tracking

• Oversee EVM process execution and ensure compliance with reporting standards, including IPMDAR

• Integrate Cobra with Empower to streamline data flow and reporting accuracy

• Serve as the subject matter expert for Empower functionality, architecture, and best practices

• Deliver user training sessions and create comprehensive documentation to maximize system adoption

• Provide Tier 2/3 support, troubleshooting user issues and resolving technical challenges efficiently

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, plan, and implement system improvements

• Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience administering and configuring Empower systems

• Minimum 5 years’ experience working with earned value management systems (EVMS)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with earned value management (EVM) processes

• Minimum 3 years’ experience preparing and submitting IPMDAR reports

• In-depth knowledge of Empower architecture and advanced system capabilities

• Hands-on experience integrating Cobra with Empower

• Proven track record in user training and support for Empower platforms

• Strong grasp of cost, schedule, and earned value management principles

• Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale system rollouts

• Advanced analytics and reporting expertise

• Familiarity with project management methodologies
