MEP Specialist

Job Position: Sr MEP Engineer Qualification: B.Arch/BE Civil Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years for Residential/Commercial - US/UK projects Location: Narhe- Pune (Monday to Friday) for 3months then Work from Home Shift Time: General Software Skills: Revit/AutoCAD Domain Knowledge Required: high-quality 3D modeling, drafting, and cross-discipline coordination within the AEC industry Personal Attributes: Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective team and client interaction. Flexibility: High degree of adaptability and software flexibility in a fast-paced AEC environment. Growth Mindset: Eager to learn new technologies and industry trends. Proactivity: A self-starter who is proactive in identifying potential clashes or design issues before they impact the project timeline Roles & Responsibilities Precision: Maintain a high level of attention to detail across all drafting and modeling tasks. Quality Assurance: Consistently meet internal and customer-specific quality standards to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Collaboration: Execute tasks both independently and as a collaborative team member. Requirement Analysis: Coordinate within and across teams to complete projects by thoroughly studying and interpreting customer requirements. Operational Reporting: Manage daily MIS reporting to track project progress. Timeline Management: Adhere strictly to predefined project delivery schedules and deadlines. Documentation: Maintain and monitor essential project reports, timesheets, and technical documentation. Innovation: Strive for continuous improvement and add value by contributing innovative solutions to design and workflow challenges.
