Develop and implement strategies for integrating video conferencing systems with existing IT infrastructure. Ensure the scalability and reliability of the video conferencing infrastructure to support business needs. Maintenance and Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Cisco video conferencing and telepresence systems. Perform regular system updates, patches, and upgrades to maintain optimal performance and security. Monitor system performance and address any issues proactively. User Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to ensure effective use of video conferencing systems. Provide technical support to end-users, addressing any issues or questions they may have. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT and network teams to ensure seamless integration of video conferencing systems. Collaborate with vendors and service providers to resolve technical issues and implement new solutions. Stay updated with the latest developments in Cisco collaboration technologies and industry best practices.
