Crestron/Extron Programmer

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AV control systems and be responsible for designing, programming, and troubleshooting integrated AV solutions. This role involves working closely with clients, engineers, and installation teams to ensure seamless AV system functionality. Key Responsibilities: Programming & Configuration: Design and program Crestron and Extron control systems. Develop custom control system interfaces. Configure AV devices and integrate them with control systems. System Integration: Integrate AV systems with various control platforms. Ensure compatibility and functionality across different devices. Conduct system testing and troubleshooting. Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients to understand their AV needs. Provide training and support to end-users. Create and maintain system documentation and user manuals. Technical Support: Offer remote and on-site technical support. Diagnose and resolve system issues promptly. Perform system updates and maintenance. Project Management: Work with project managers to plan and execute AV projects. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with installation teams and other stakeholders.
