This role involves working closely with clients, network engineers, and other IT professionals to provide effective and efficient networking solutions. Key Responsibilities: Service Request Management: Receive, prioritize, and coordinate the resolution of networking service requests. Monitor and track service requests to ensure timely resolution and closure. Maintain accurate records of service requests and actions taken. Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding networking issues. Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their service requests. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and timely issue resolution. Technical Support: Collaborate with network engineers to diagnose and resolve network-related issues. Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network equipment. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal staff as needed. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of network configurations, changes, and troubleshooting steps. Generate reports on network performance, service request status, and client feedback. Identify trends and recommend improvements based on data analysis. Coordination and Collaboration: Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for network-related services and support. Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration of networking solutions with other systems. Participate in project planning and implementation for network upgrades and new installations.
