Product Manager AI REX Expert Assist Workflow (Noida)

Function: Product Management Product Area: AI REX / Expert Assist Role Overview We are looking for a Product Manager to own the workflow layer required to scale Expert Assist efficiently as part of the AI REX product ecosystem. This role will focus on building product-led workflows that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort, improve throughput, and enable Expert Assist to scale in a structured and repeatable manner. The person will be part of the AI REX team and will get exposure to AI REX core flows, including requirement intake, candidate discovery, matching, recommendation, reachout, recruiter workflows, and fulfillment journeys. Expert Assist workflows will be built largely by leveraging AI REX core constructs, rather than creating completely independent systems. The ideal candidate should have experience in ops workflow products, SaaS-style process design, internal tools, or product-led efficiency improvements. They should be comfortable understanding operational processes, converting them into scalable workflows, and working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams. This is a strong execution role for someone who wants to work at the intersection of AI-led recruitment products, workflow automation, and operational scale. Key Responsibilities 1. Understand Expert Assist Operations and AI REX Core Flows Deeply understand current Expert Assist operations across request intake, assignment, execution, tracking, quality checks, delivery, and closure. Develop a solid understanding of AI REX core product flows, including requirement creation, candidate pool generation, matching, reachout, feedback loops, and fulfillment workflows. Identify where Expert Assist workflows can reuse or extend existing AI REX constructs instead of building separate processes.
