Python SDET Engineer

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Playwright, Rest Assured, etc. You will execute both automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality. Additionally, you will create test cases, test plans, and test scenarios, collaborating closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements. Identifying and documenting bugs using tools like JIRA will be a key part of your role. You will integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and prepare test reports to ensure high test coverage. Leveraging AI tools to optimize test case generations and automation scripts will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Java/Python programming language. - Hands-on experience in automation testing, preferably using Playwright. - Strong knowledge of test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber. - Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or Rest Assured. - Good understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC. - Familiarity with tools such as Git, Maven, Docker is a plus.
