SDET Automation Test Engineer (Rest Assured)

As a Test Automation Engineer, your role involves developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, and Rest Assured. You will be responsible for executing both automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality, collaborating with developers and product managers to understand requirements, and identifying and documenting bugs using tools like ClickUp or JIRA. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Rest Assured. - Execute automated and manual test cases to ensure software quality. - Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements. - Identify and document bugs using tools like ClickUp or JIRA. - Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions. - Prepare test reports and ensure high test coverage. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Java/Python programming language. - Strong knowledge of test frameworks like TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber. - Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman or Rest Assured. - Good understanding of Agile methodology and SDLC. - Familiarity with tools such as Git, Maven, Docker is a plus.
