L2 Support Engineer / L2 Application Engineer - Hyderabad (3+ Years)

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced L2 Support Engineer to join our client team and support business- critical, billable applications. The ideal candidate should have strong backend development and cloud experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Provide L2 application support for production systems and resolve issues within defined SLAsAnalyse application logs, identify root causes, and implement fixesWork closely with L1, L3, and Cloud teams for incident resolution and enhancementsSupport and maintain containerized applications deployed on GCP and KubernetesHandle database queries, analysis, and optimizationsAssist in deployment, monitoring, and operational stability of servicesEnsure high availability and performance of billable applicationsParticipate in on-call rotations and escalation handling when required Mandatory Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant experienceStrong proficiency in Core PythonExperience with Flask FrameworkHands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Good working knowledge of Kubernetes and DockerStrong database skills with SQL and PostgreSQLExperience with OCR technologiesKnowledge of RabbitMQ messaging queueExcellent verbal and written communication skills Good to Have (Preferred Skills) Experience with CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with Google Vision APIExperience with Google Document AIExposure to production monitoring and alerting tools .
