Salesforce CRM COE Lead (Bengaluru)

Job Description: Salesforce CRM CoE Lead Core Experience & Skills: The Salesforce CRM CoE Lead will spearhead the clients Center of Excellence (CoE) initiative - driving demand shaping, team structuring, commercial definition, operating model design, hiring, and service delivery initiation. This role serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders and the Infosys team, requiring deep Salesforce domain expertise, robust CRM/CoE SME capabilities, and the ability to influence and build relationships with C-level executives - Establish and lead a Salesforce Center of Excellence (CoE), including defining frameworks, best practices, and delivery /governance - Design and implement Salesforce-centric solutions and technical architectures across multiple Salesforce Clouds - Define and enforce standards for data architecture, integrations, and security models within the Salesforce ecosystem - Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor for Salesforce transformation initiatives - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing offshore team comprising architects, developers, and consultants - Collaborate with sales teams to shape deals, provide solutioning, and support pre-sales activities - Define and execute the strategy for building, scaling, and maturing the Salesforce practice - Education : Any Bachelor's/master's degree+ MBA (preferred) - Mandatory Certifications : Salesforce Certified System Architect and Salesforce Certified Application Architect - Team : Have led a team of approximately 10 to 30 - Industry : Financial Services (FINS), with a focus on Insurance and Banking sectors - Location : Bangalore (preferred), Pune, Hyderabad is also fine. .
