About the role
Role Overview: As a Product Analyst within the Supply Chain Planning (SCP) Product team, you will be responsible for managing the SCP application landscape, which includes design, build, and support activities. Your role will involve supporting the Supply Chain Planning Transformation and Digitalisation Program aimed at harmonizing and simplifying the supply chain planning process, data, and technology. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with Global Business Process Owners to collect, track, and prioritize requirements. - Collaborate closely with Integration SMEs, MDM SMEs, and D&A SMEs to lead conversations on relative Product Backlog items. - Stay updated on technology trends, including anticipating system provider product roadmaps and adhering to standard approaches. - Take accountability for managing Technical-Debt and TCO optimization. - Collaborate with the solution architect to shape and identify IT platforms, principles, design patterns, and technical standards. - Support in architecting solutions and integrations by working closely with Enterprise Architecture. - Drive POV, POC, MVP, or introduce new technologies as required. - Develop detailed technical solutions and architecture designs that are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices. - Advise senior IT platform and business stakeholders on Technology, Architecture, and integration strategies. - Lead technical teams in implementing architectural solutions and provide guidance on best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements. - Own the Supply Chain Data Object, understanding data structure, data flows, and transformation rules. - Coordinate and structure complex analytical requirements. - Build and test the system functionally in accordance with Enterprise Architecture guidelines and document them. - Act as the design authority reference within your scope, focusing on data quality. - Assist in business data migration efforts and automate data quality maintenance when possible. - Identify and communicate potential risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans. Qualification Required: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. - Ability to work in a cross-functional and collaborative team environment. - Problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes such as forecasting, demand planning, and supply planning. - Prior experience with Planning systems like SAP APO, OMP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, O9 (Preferable). - Good understanding of business processes and data flows within supply chain planning. - Good understanding of data models, master and transactional data concepts. - Basic knowledge of data integration and data flow concepts.
