Senior UX Designer

As a Senior UX Designer at Infosys Consulting in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and user-centered digital experiences across various financial services platforms such as banking, payments, lending, wealth management, and servicing. Your role will involve creating seamless digital journeys across mobile, web, and emerging digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: - Design end-to-end user journeys for digital banking and financial platforms - Create wireframes, prototypes, interaction models, and UI flows - Simplify complex financial processes into intuitive customer experiences - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and research teams - Conduct usability testing and user research - Support design system consistency and accessibility standards - Design experiences for payments & transfers, account servicing, lending & mortgage journeys, wealth & investment platforms, financial insights dashboards, and alerts Qualifications Required: - 710 years of experience in UX / Interaction / Experience Design - Experience designing digital experiences within Financial Services - Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools - Strong understanding of Human-Centered Design and Lean UX - Experience designing for mobile and web applications - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive experiences Preferred Skills: - Experience with enterprise-scale design systems - Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) - Exposure to conversational UX or AI-driven interactions - Experience working on global digital products By joining Infosys Consulting, you will have the opportunity to work with leading global financial institutions in a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
