Application Support (Unix/Linux, Python)

Provide L2 production support for enterprise applications in Unix/Linux environments Monitor application health, logs, and system performance to ensure uptime and SLA adherence Troubleshoot and resolve application, batch job, and system-related issues Perform log analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis for recurring incidents Support Python-based applications/scripts, including debugging and minor enhancements Monitor and manage batch jobs, scheduling, and job failures (AutoSys/cron or similar) Coordinate with L1/L3 teams, developers, and infrastructure teams for issue resolution Handle incidents, service requests, and problem management in line with ITIL processes Support deployments, releases, and environment validation activities Maintain documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles
