Java Production support Engineer (Telangana)

Job Summary We are looking for a Java Production Support Engineer with strong experience in handling live production systems, incident management, and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, APIs, and production environments. Key Responsibilities - Provide L2/L3 production support for Java-based applications - Handle production incidents, bug fixes, and application issues - Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement fixes - Monitor applications and systems using tools (Splunk, Kibana, etc.) - Work on deployment support and release activities - Collaborate with development teams for permanent fixes - Ensure application stability, performance, and uptime Required Skills - Strong experience in Java / J2EE - Hands-on experience in Spring Boot / Microservices - Valuable knowledge of REST APIs - Experience in production support / incident management - Understanding of SQL / databases (Oracle, MySQL, etc.) - Exposure to Unix/Linux commands - Familiarity with log monitoring tools (Splunk / Kibana / Dynatrace) Good to Have - Experience with Angular or React - Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git) - Cloud exposure (AWS / Azure) - ITIL or ticketing tools (ServiceNow, JIRA)Role & responsibilities .
