Job description: International Service Desk -L1 support- Good with Office 365 knowledge/ ticketing tool. Roles and Responsibility: Provide timely and effective L1 support to international clients via phone. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Office 365 and other Microsoft products. Manage tickets using ticketing tools to ensure efficient issue resolution. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues. Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements to processes and procedures. Eligibility criteria: 0-1year experience (Freshers) with basic technical support knowledge are welcome to apply. Candidate should be graduates in BE/ Btech only. Good communication in English is preferred. Immediate joiners preferred. Salary: 21K CTC/ 16500 Take home Work schedule & Benefits: 5 days working / 2 week off Both way cab facility provided (within boundary grid) Professional training & career growth opportunities. Selected candidates will undergo 2months of training in Mysore. Post training, candidates will be deployed to Pune location.
