OFSAA FCCM Support Engineer Experience: 37 Years Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru Job Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Hybrid Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred Shift: Rotational Shift (Including Night Shifts) Job Summary We are hiring an experienced OFSAA FCCM Support Engineer to provide production support for Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA), with a focus on Financial Crime & Compliance Management (FCCM). The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in troubleshooting OFSAA applications, Oracle support processes, SQL/PLSQL, and production support in BFSI environments. Key Responsibilities Provide L2/L3 production support for OFSAA FCCM applications. Support OFSAA FCCM modules including AML, KYC, ECM, CTR, and related components. Monitor application health, batch jobs, and data processing activities. Troubleshoot application, database, and batch failures within SLA timelines. Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions. Coordinate patch deployments, releases, and environment validations. Raise and manage Service Requests (SRs) through My Oracle Support (MOS). Work closely with Development, DBA, Infrastructure, and Business teams. Support production deployments, issue resolution, and release management. Ensure application availability, data integrity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Prepare incident reports, RCA documentation, and support documentation. Required Skills 3–7 years of hands-on experience in OFSAA FCCM Production Support. Experience supporting OFSAA FCCM modules: AML (Anti-Money Laundering) KYC (Know Your Customer) ECM (Enterprise Case Management) CTR (Currency Transaction Reporting) Strong understanding of OFSAA Architecture and OFSAA Infrastructure (OFSAAI). Experience with My Oracle Support (MOS) and Service Request (SR) management. Good knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Database. Strong Unix/Linux command-line troubleshooting skills. Experience in batch monitoring and production support. Exposure to release management, patch management, and incident management. Knowledge of financial crime compliance and regulatory reporting is an added advantage. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Banking or BFSI domain. Familiarity with OFSAA data models and data integration frameworks. Exposure to ITIL-based support processes. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
